I have no suggestions for you. Hopefully someone will Just wanted to say

that Dr. VanDyke used to work with Dr. Mumper in Virginia and we saw

them there. I had the same complaints with that office and we have since quit

seeing her as well.

I hope you get some relief this weekend somehow

Friday now and with the long weekend it'll be at least 4 days till we can get

some prescription. Can I get something at a local health food store? Please

help.

I think that is the sign of a practice that should stick to hyperbarics.

I controlled yeast here with biotin and GSE, from my local health food store.
