Guest guest
Thank Ng. I also so a protocal listed on the website under " Dairy. " The Seriphios did not work for her, however. But I am glad it did for you. Has this protocol increased your energy? I am also a super late person and usually wake up after five hours. I was taking Pregenolone for a over a year and that helped keep energy up but then I became intolerant to it and found I don't need it anymore. That happened as I fine-tuned my diet--eating buffalo especially. I don't like taking too many supplements. What foods are recommended for adrenals? Tyrosine foods include walnuts, avocados, raw cheese....... I'll let you know about the rocket fuel I am getting today, I'll have to start slow. Adrenal problems Hi! I have been Dr.Poesnecker's patient for about a year time.. Dr. Poesnecker is taking ASi test results as the basis for his treatment protocol. His treatment differs according to the illness stage of the patient. He may use ACE to rest adrenals, glandular concentrates to generate the glands like thymus, adrenals, spleen, supplements like DHEA and Pregnenolone which will make you feel better,Seriphos to decrease the cortisol. Homeopathic remedies containing echinecea, golden seal, etc, to support your immune function. As far as my treatment was concerned that is all I know so far.. There may be other remedies he may be using for other patients. I am not sure about the exact mechanism of Seriphos. It either neutralizes the cortisol or it effects pituitary to decrease the production of it but it helps. You feel slowed down and it decreases the sudden outbursts of cortisol.ACE also helps you to relax by sending a message to Pituitary that body has enough of adrenal hormones. This is making use of the feedback mechanism. So,you start feeling that you need rest which otherwise you do not feel.Pregnenolone also helped me with my sleep.I was sleeping around 03:00 - 04:00 a.m before I started his treatment and now my sleeping týme has shýfted back to 11:00 - 12:00 p.m. I really have no idea about ANSP.I checked the website you have given and saw that it also contains Ca penthatonate which is helpful for adrenal generation. It seems to me that this product may help with adrenal regeneration but you may still need to stop the excess hypothalamic activity. If you decide to use it please inform us on the results.. Hope this helps.. Feel free to ask if you have any more questions.. Nil ----------- Could anybody please tell me what Poesnecker's general protocol for supplements is these days? I have his book and I know he customizes it too. I am particularly interested in what he offers to relax and sleep. How does the phosphorylated L-serine and ethanolamine work? I notice he has some supplements to help sleep on his website--has anybody used those successfully? From friends I learned of a very strong adrenal and nervous system builder called Autonomic Nervous System Precurors, available at www.purityfirst.com It contains a form of tyrosine that must be used by the adrenals and not some other purpose. The stuff is really strong and you have to start slow. It is supposed to eventually strengthen adrenals so you can sleep as well. I will probably use less than one capsule the first day. Let me know what you think! Guest guest
Hi Jan, I learn so much from you, this time about adrenal fatigue. Thanks for sharing your knowledge! We did a thyroid test for my son recently, which I will discuss with our doc soon. ( TSH 3.9 , T3 2.2 and free T4 14.2) I am on Armour, and I think my husband needs it as well. (His TSH was 8.9) So maybe it is worth trying if Armour also helps my son.. Could my son's anxiety be related to his thyroid, or can it only be the adrenals? I give him adrenal cortex, but he still needs some inositol to feel okay. If I don't give him inositol, he feels extremely scared. What is the relation between adrenals and inositol, or isn't there a relation and is his fear caused be something else? I hope you'll understand what I mean, I don't know hoe to express myself clearer. Thanks, Nicoline
Guest guest
Sounds good with what your doctor said. You want to rule out Hashi's. or rule in so he can be treated. Your already giving the good stuff for thyroid. My 11 year old took 500mg of tyrosine in the am. It didn't help her though as she turned out to have Hashi's. as for the chelation: 12 rounds with dmsa/ala on AC dosing, correct. Your NT son should notice something on rounds or after rounds. For example my NT daughter feels calmer, more organized, and happier on rounds. She tends to get messy, forgetful and moody in between rounds. I also can report feeling differently on and off. I have more energy on rounds and can get more done. So subtle things for me anyway. I also have vivid dreams on round, but not off. Your husband suffering yeast tells me the metals are there, and often times gains can be masked by yeast overgrowth. What is he taking for yeast? Probiotics/antifungals? For the two of you who notice nothing....has anything at all changed? Any tiny thing on or off rounds? If not, consider raising the doses slightly to see if that brings on something. > > > > > > Hi Jan, > > > I learn so much from you, this time about adrenal fatigue.
