CDP Choline instead of Phosphatidylserine

My son is soy intolerant, and can't really take any soy derived supplements. We

know Andy recommends phosphatidylserine as a supplement to help with cognitive

function. From what we have read CDP choline, which is soy free, is an

intermediate or precursor to phosphatidylcholine and serine in the brain. Has

anyone used this? The capsules come in 250 mg strength. I am trying to figure

out what an appropriate dosage would be for a 4 year old who is 34 pounds.

Should it be dosed similarly to phosphatidylserine?

Thanks. Irene
