At the outset I apologise to DSACS and all the esteemed members of the forum

that without completely investigating the facts of the case reported on 7th Feb

" Wastage of Public money by Delhi State AIDS Control Society " I had mislead the

forum with half information .

I later learnt from DSACS on the issue of condoms storage, on that day DSACS

received one truck load of condom boxes and due to

less space of storage they put the condom boxes in bathroom just for few hours

while unloading the truck.

Immediately after that they have to be transported to TI NGOs for distribution

purpose. At the time of storage the place was dry

and clean but somehow the drainage pipe of the place was blocked and water

flowed on the surface

Coincidently I visited the place same time and captured the photographs and

shared with the forum stating condom storage mismanagement

After getting the information of flowed water DSACS immediately shifted the

condom boxes to another place and thoroughly checked the box material for any

damage.

Luckily the water only wet the outer surface of the box and did not harm any

condom packets.

I sincerely apologies on my posting on the forum and thereby raising an issue.

I have done a silly mistake, it was an emotional reaction.

I am again apologies to DSACS and to the forum
