what calcium/mag supplement to use?

I have a 10yo (78#) and 7yo (47#). What brand and dosage should I give them?

Both can take capsules/tablets.

I've read something about calcium bis-glycinate chelate, but can't find a

supplement with that type calcium. I would like something with both

calcium/magnesium together.

I've really been concerned about the 7yo height. He's 7 yrs 5 months and he's

almost 46 1/2 inches. He's a good 4 " shorter than his brother at that age and

mostly all the boys are bigger than him at school.
