Under skin rash after antibiotics - parasites?

Evening folks,

my son has been on Amoxicillin for 10 days because of strep (thanks to all of

you who diagnosed him with PANDAS - the blood work proved it 2 weeks ago!)

Yesterday we decided to add OLE given that we're almost through our antibiotic

but our shoulder tick is stubbornly still here... as well as the inflamed lymph

node.

Since our kiddo is so sensitive to everything, we started with only 5 drops of

OLE in a glass of juice. This afternoon I noticed he has what looks like a rash

under his skin on his face and some on the back of his neck. It does not seem to

bother him but looks like his skin should feel dry to the touch. It does not...

Could it be parasites acting up? If so - should I go ahead with OLE or pull

back?

This " medical marvel " kid is doing my head in! It's like if I figure out one

issue (his ticks due to PANDAS), I get 3 more puzzles back!!!
