Guest guest
Lynn, An upset stomach, coughing because of increased mucus, etc. are all die-off symptoms. Read more about die-off symptoms, natural healing, etc. at my website; do a site search. Guest guest
> > I've had this cough for the past couple of weeks that I can't seem to get rid of. But I feel fine otherwise. It reminds me of a post nasal drip in the back of my throat. I tried everything that I can think of to get rid of it. It is worse when I am lying down in bed at night and also if I am talking alot I start to gag & choke. > > There is not much mucus in my throat (that I can feel) and what is > there is totally clear in nature. > > I heard that alot of people in the NE are having similiar symptoms > because the weather has been so strange this year - it never really > got cold in the beginning of the season and when it did, it keeps on changing back & forth. ==>Weather changes all by themselves wouldn't cause a cough like you describe. The major cause at this time of year is dry heat in homes and offices, and toxins. Adding moisture to the air helps, either with a good humidifier or by boiling water. You could also run your shower to steam up the bathroom, and sit in it for 15 minutes doing deep breathing exercises (do a search on my website). You can take the extra supplements recommended, but only until you feel better, and then go back to normal doses I recommend, and also do the other things listed in that article. Guest guest
My 8 year old son has a very strange cough, it sounds like a grunting pig! No doctor knows what it is, so no-one knows how to cure it. I started giving him OLE, (to try something at least)since that works for yeast, virusses, bacteria etc. Can someone tell how much I can give him? Thanks, Nicoline
Guest guest
>>Thanks Dana, for your reaction. I do have another question: could this coughing be from yeast as well? Is it possible to have yeast in the longs If yes, what are the symptoms? At my house, coughing that comes at the same time as, or following, a fever or other illness, always meant yeast in the lungs. I eliminated it with biotin and GSE. Dana
Guest guest
> > Bee, all this week I've been experiencing a deep, persistent cough. Last week I was > coughing up yellow mucus. The past several days I've coughed up almost no mucus-- > it is no longer yelow. Throughout today I feel it in my throat and experience a series > of about five dry coughs, pause for several minutes, and begin again. I'm getting hoarse, > and I'm feeling weary. Help! > +++Hi , Your cough and mucus are detoxifying symptoms which is common on this program. Your body creates more mucus to flush out toxins, and yellow mucus means it is chemical toxins coming out. You can do some treatments that help, but of course healing comes from within, mainly when your body doesn't need to detoxify itself in that way: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/colds.php I hope you feel better soon, but have patience since your body is doing its job the way it should. Cheers, Bee
