I am a bit more holistic, I suppose, than most on this list - I am here

primarily to learn because so many people I talk to come to me with

questions about chelation. We tried it and I didn't like what it did to my

daughter, so we eventually ended up with clathration via PCA from Maxam

Labs. Not everyone needs to follow the same path to get to the end, so I

want to learn other pathways. The time I quit learning is the time I should

stop helping others. :)

That being said, I would start with pH strips and see where you are in the

mornings with pH, because that will have a huge impact on everything you do.

You will not see the results you want if the body is too acidic. You can

pick some up pH paper at most stores. I would go to the library or look

online about the importance of alkalizing the body for regular functions. A

'good' straight to the point kind of book is Alkalize or Die:

Apart from that, I would say since your child takes pills, I would say get 2

bottles of the Multi Vitamin:

It should have everything you need.

If you are dealing with yeast, I would say use:

ProBiotics:

60 ct -

30 ct -

They are a 7 yr fermentation that is professional-grade, private-label from

Dr. Ohhira. There is a HUGE difference in the fermentation periods. This

is the most bang for your buck BUT you have to follow the instructions and

you can't take it with any antifungals or antibacterials.

I would combine the probiotics with BioGuard from Maxam. Check out the

instructions. You need ONE bottle and it should knock out the worst

systemic yeast infection when used in conjunction with the SEVEN YEAR

probiotics. Again, you HAVE to follow the saturation protocol and eat a

" white-free-food " diet for the whole 8 days but it is miraculous.

Their ProBiotics Rx would be the same as the QN Center's, so you could buy

at either place. Whatever is cheaper for you.
