I have unfortunately, become addicted to nose spray - I literally can't

sleep without it...

Does anyone know what I could use that is natural, so I can get off this

darn stuff?

Also, does anyone have a recipe for at home tooth whitening? I heard it

was something like baking soda and hydrogen peroxide but don't know the

recipe or it is food grade HP? Please let me know!

Thanks,

Ozonated water can be used as a nasal rinse that works very well to open the

sinuses and clear the nose. Drinking ozonated water will also help. I ozonate my

daily two gallons of water in my bed room at night and get to breathe the ozone

/ oxygen gas as well and my lungs and sinuses have become very clear and my

breathing super.

I'm in the same boat, :-(

I only use it at night so I can sleep - in fact I've been known to get

dressed at 1am to go to the convenience store 'cuz I ran out!

The standard allopathic treatment to get off this is Vancenase spray. This

did nothing for me.

To pretend to keep this thread on-topic :-) I can tell you that breathing

Ozone that has been run through Olive Oil (and Water first) does not seem to

do anything for me.

This has come up several times lately. ANYthing to do with alternative health is

on-topic. We don't have to make believe. Besides, you didn't fool me. ;-)

The biggest difference between genius & stupidity is that genius has its limits.

Dear Gilbert,

Are you saying that you run the ozone through water and then through olive

oil and then breathe it ?

This is an incorrect protocol. There will be no ozone left for you, because

it has all been absorbed before it gets to you.

For breathing, run straight from the generator to the olive oil, to the

mask.

Best of Health!

==>Try sodium ascorbate (ascorbic acid or vitamin C + baking soda). I

just posted a revised article on Sinus & Nose Treatments yesterday

which include the recipe - see the Sinus Folder. If that doesn't help

try H202 - in that file too.

Depending on her age, here is what we do. We put about 3 drops of eucalyptus

essential oil on a tissue and put the tissue into the pillow case for sleeping

at night.

quercetin helps around here. 6 yr old 50 lbs, takes 300-400 mg twice a day.

When I decrease it to once a day, his allergies seem to act up.

Is she over the age of 5? *I* would use EO's on a younger kid, but I've used

them for years and had some training. I would not do it otherwise. Make sure you

use organic/wildcrafted and only a few drops. Also Olbas makes an inhaler stick,

etc. That stuff is wicked potent - will clear anything. Use with caution! Makes

a great therapeutic muscle rub and for headaches, one drop on each temple will

cure you or kill you. Smell it - you'll know what I mean.

At my house, if my child had a fever, the nose issue was almost always yeast.

For a regular cold [no fever], it was usually a combination of yeast and virus.

I get it at the health food store, if we need one quickly, but buy them in bulk

for friends/family if I order their oil online for massage practice.
