Tamil Nadu: PLHIV Couple need justice.

Dear Sir,

PLHIV Couple Treated  worst than animals.

The Panchayat leader used to treat plhiv worse than animals.He had clearly

stated in public that there was no place for people who were HIV Positive and

ordered to vacate the village.

The HIV Positive Couple Radhakrishnan and Kantha and there 2 daughters were

lived in thirumani in Chengalpet.

On January 17th were sleeping thier house Rajagopal (Panchayat leader) was

locked the door in out side and set a fire. all escaped from minor injury.

FIR naming main suspect as V.Rajagopal leader in A.D.M.K still not arrested .he

safely roaming with police protection

 

This incidents i  was make us very shock and think about, where is humanity  and

where we are .and, still no body can arrested regarding this . because he is in

opposition party.

TANSACS and NACO also not taken the any action about this issue 

 

We have seriously planned to address the issues in various activities.

I request the forum members that  humanitarians . NGOs , Networks and government

should be take it very serious and address the issue globally

Today Radhakrishnan & Kantha family ?

Tomorrow ?(another PLHIV)

Please take this issue seriously

This shows that still there is no awarness towords the general public on

HIV/AIDS,but we say that Tamilnadu is one of the roll moduel in the feild of

HIV/AIDS,it is shame to the sacs and the TN govt for not taking any steps on

this issue.

I would like to join hand to fight aginst this issue.
