What pages to show dr from Andy's books?

Hello everyone,

About to start the protocol and our doctor was asking to see a written copy.

I have both of Andy’s books – can someone point me in the right direction as

to what pages to show him?

Also, I noticed the doses on page 75 on AI are much higher than what is

recommended ¼ - 1/8mg per pound. Was this updated somewhere in either book?
