I am rarely on this forum lately so if you would like me to respond, please reply directly to me as well. andrewhallcutler wrote: > > > > > ===>Andy can clarify, but I don't think he is distinguishing between > > > various types of homeopathy when he says " don't use it for detox " and > > > warns that homeopathy causes " more brain symptoms " . I am assuming that use these remedies far more than you but I have never seen these results when they are prescribed appropriately. On the contrary, the short and long-term improvements have been heart-warming. Now, if you are talking about remedies prescribed when they are not indicated but only according to some lab report, then I might agree with you. You will still have to give me verifiable accounts and records though and believe me, I will be more than happy to go in to bat for you on this one. Without something a little more substantial, it just sounds like scare-mongering .... > > > > It is only the use of potentised substances (potentised being the way > > > homeopaths prepare their medicines) being prescribed outside > > > homeopathy's guiding principles. > > I don't think it is appropriate to turn homeopathy into a religious > cult any more than it is OK with allopathic medicine. > > Things work, or they don't. You cannot expouse 'guiding principles' in relation to chelation and deny others the same right for other therapies. If homeopathy is not applied according to certain principles one can be in for a very bumpy ride and will not obtain good results. > > Most of what I am saying is that the general principles of 'old > fashoined' homeopathy do seem to work OK for toxic people. Allergy shots are also homeopathic. > Andy, I have to say that you are talking outside your area of expertise and don't seem to know a lot about homeopathy. When you make statements such as some of those above it very misleading to those who could be very much helped by homeopathy. Rather than take my word on homeopthy why don't you spend a little time on some specialist homeopathic forums and ask or say the above things there - you would find some very helpful homeopaths who would point you in the right direction and fill in some of the gaps in your knowledge. -- Kind regards, Fran Sheffield Homeopathy Plus!
