Which brand and where do you find Sub mb12?

My question on my last post was about your thoughts on mb12 shots and many of

you mention trying sublingual and/or oral mb12 first.

But, I can't seem to find anyone that sells either. And I'm looking for one

that is gf/cf/sf ~ all the bad stuff free.

Can someone please recommend a good brand and where did you purchase it from?

Someone also said patches...whats that about? Do they make patches if so what

do you all think of those? That might be easier for me to put on him then

getting the sublingual under his tongue.
