where does lead come fr? Vaccines?

I wonder where my son got the lead from? We live in a developed city

(Singapore), clean environment, filtered drinking water....is it possible

that lead are used in vaccines too?

Can the little lead exposure here and there (perhaps fr. painted toys) have

great impact on a child? However, I noted he didn't develop well since as

young as 6 months old ..even before he was old enough to play with toys.

Any insight?
