Guest guest
Hope you guys can help me out. My 2 year 9 month old ASD son got a virus that also caused bronchitis (according to my pediatrician) and she put him on Zithromax(5 days) and albuterol in nebulizer(he tends to be asthmatic when sick). Well it's been 3 days now and my son has never been so alert, talkative, responsive and proud of himself. He is interacting and talking up a storm. He is sharp, alert, good eye contact, socially amazing. What is going on? Is it the Zithromax? Albuterol? Both? She also gave him pulmicort(steroid) in office but I didn't continue that at home as she advised because I don't like steroids. Anyway, I feel like I am on to something here that can really help him. He has never been so good and I want to learn from this and sustain it. I think it is the zithromax, but want your thoughts. How should this influence what treatments/supps I should give him in future. This is a leap in progress!! Advice please? Thanks, Sent via BlackBerry by AT & T [ ] Re: mercury and lead came out " normal " in urine and blood tests I'm actually considering starting with ALA only, see how she does, then do hair test again and see if lead is still high. if so, address it. I had never heard lead could take that long to clear either. but since mercury could mess up results, I'm not even sure lead is really high. so will tackle mercury first. I've been reading Andy's posts on ALA only chelation, as well as Dana's who successfully used it with her family. do you all think it's ok to start with ALA and add DMSA if we get bad side effects ? or would you start with both and switch to ALA only if there are side effects ? money is very tight, especially considering our currency is 4x less than 1 US dollar, so buying supplements is a financial nightmare for us. Note: my husband is scared out of his mind of chelating our baby. in trying to ease his fears, is it correct to say that if we chelate her on AC protocol, with correct dosing and schedule, things can't reasonably go wrong ? thanks Lupe > > > > > > > > > > > Hi all, > > > I recently posted my daughter's hair test results (Delfina), and some of > > > you responded that she met at least 2 of the criteria for mercury toxicity. > > > she also showed very high lead. > > > her doctor here wouldn't agree to chelate until she ran her own testing. > > > she did, blood for lead and urine for mercury. both came out within normal > > > range. so she won't chelate my daughter. > > > I understand how mercury in urine wouldn't show up, but what about lead in > > > blood ? shouldn't it be high as well if it came out high in the hair test ? > > > or could mercury be messing up lead reading in the hair test? > > > I'm asking this because considering I will have to chelate mercury out of > > > her on my own, I need to know which lead results are accurate, so as to > > > choose best chelator. > > > thanks a lot, > > > Lupe > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > -- > > Priscilla > > > > > >
