will SCD cause die off reaction?

I put my son on SCD for the past one week...i also started him on taurine

around the same time

He appears to be a little hyper, is this a die off reaction or sensitivity

to taurine? will SCD cause die off?

His stools were formed for the past 6 days except for today when it became

pasty/mushy again...i am still trying to figure out why.
