Andy suggested my dd take fatty acids with vit. E

I have nordic naturals omega-3, it has 30 IU of vit E.

Is this stuff considered a fatty acid and do you think that is enough vit. E?

,

I have a poor fat metabolism to, but fatty acids from Cod Liver Oil I tolerate

just fine.

If fat ingestion bothers you this much, look into gallbladder and liver

problems...

There are many ways to motivate your bile to empty (like lemon slush recipe I

posted a while back, or olive oil w/ lemon juice) and plenty of liver support

(like Milk Thistle and others)

Also take an enzyme supp with the fat ingestion (Lipase is the enzyme that

breaks down the fat)

Fatty acids are very important for the entire body not just for controlling

candida overgrowth.

carmen

Subject: Fatty acids

I have red one interesting article which say that fatty acids are beneficial for

candida infection treatment. I can`t take much fat and fish fat in particular bc

of poor indigestion of fat. I also can`t tolerate flax seeds but probably there

are other sourses of fatty acid.

I wonder if somebody use fatty acids and how it help?

My doc recommended me Bile acids and enzymes but it hurt as well as Ox bile

grandular and herbs bc it increase bile reflux.Recently I red that gluten

intolerance or celiac cause indigestion of fat too.I am on gluten free diet but

it didn`t helped for fat. The only thing I can take is a little bit of lechitin

and zink which is supposed to help for fat metabolism.Somethimes I eat

artichokes and other liver cleasing food.

If I will not stop reflux I will not be able to help gallbladder problem. It was

sluggish and probably still not so good even if my US test is normal

now.Everybody with candida supposed to have liver problem bc it damaging liver.I

have borage oil and I can try it to see if I can tolerate it tough I red borage

could be toxic too.
