sorry to jump in on your thread with my own question (seems to be my

thing tonight), but I was also wondering, we bought 100% undiluted

OoO. I'm diluting it myself with olive oil. ratio of 10:1, EVOO to

OoO. Does this soung right? How do you know if you give to much what

does OoO toxicity look like (just die off?) I gave 4 drops of this

2x/day.

===>We never had die off with OoO. We used Physician's Strength Wild Oil of

Oregano, the regular stuff did not work here. We used enough to get rid of the

yeast.

I use gelcaps here. Henry's brand, which is the store brand where I buy most of

my supplements. This store brand has the fewest additives and fillers, even

better than most of the name brands. I have always had good results with this

store brand.

Thanks for the brand recommendations, Dana and . I've seen suggestions

for the number of drops to give if I choose drops. If I use gelcaps, how much

should I give her? She weighs approx. 60 pounds. Thanks so much!

At Henry's Marketplace [it is the store brand]. Henry's is a health food chain

in California, not sure about other states.
