having a mercury filling removed

I have one small filling on the side of a molar. I am going to have it

removed in 2010. What should I do before and after the filling is removed?

Then - do I wait 3 months and start with ALA chelation of do something else

first?

I am chelating my kids, and hope this might end my migraines.
