It is not ok to cook with Calphalon pots, right? I use the stainless steel, but

I have a bunch of Calphaon hanging around. Want to make sure before I get rid of

it. I believe they are alluminun covered with something.

As long as the aluminum is not in direct contact with the cooking food it is

fine.
