Guest guest
What is DMG? glycine I recently took a B15 supplement which was derived from glycine. I woke up with a major allergic response - sneezing, itchy eyes, puffy face, etc. Any ideas why this happened? I called the company and they said they had never heard of that happening to anyone. I was quite disappointed that I can't take it, as it in combination with DMG is supposed to make one feel 20 years younger!!!! Guest guest
DMG - dimethylglycine It was developed in Russia for athletes. Improves oxygen utilization. It is the active substance of Pangamic Acid which, I think, is what they are considering B-15. Many doctors and even dietitians and naturopaths recommend amino acid supplements but they do not understand that a trully healthy diet is, including plenty of saturated fats that help you body make amino acids more efficiently from proteins eaten. There are plenty of proteins on this diet so you do not need to supplement with them. Processed pills wouldn't be better to take compared to real foods. Guest guest
does anyone have any experience with this amino acid?
Guest guest
Glycine 1 part to glutamine 2 parts can convert to glutathione if a person has a lot of thiols (sulfur Sort of) in their body. I have also had it suggested to me that Taurine and glycine is calming and may help with adrenals, this can be taken seperately from each other i.e. taurine in the morning and glycine before bedtime, Taurine can help with yeast anyway, but the above is'nt likely to cure a person and it can be easy to keep increasing supps so that they become a bit of a monster in themselves. Guest guest
Glycine + Taurine + Phosphatidyl Choline + Milk Thistle stimulate the production and flow of bile in the pancreas when is has shut down. It is calming. Unlike what some myths floating around would have you believe, it does not have any effect on mercury excretion. >does anyone have any experience with this amino acid? > > >
