Guest guest
Hi Dana, sorry to cut in on this conversation. I would appreciate it very much if you would relate how you solved the " carotene conversion issues. " Thanks, Sam. [ ] Phenols/Dana >>Dana, I know that tomatoes and strawberries are high phenol foods, what >>about corn. Is that also? Are all 3 conversion issues? All three of those foods were problems for my son because of carotene conversion issues. Once I addressed that problem, my son could eat those foods. Other sources I read, indicate that thyroid support supps are selenium, iodine, and tyrosine. Giving all 5 of those supps corrected the problem, altho selenium was the most important. There was a time when, if I gave selenium, he was fine eating those foods, but if I forgot his selenium, MAJOR problems when he ate those foods.
