Guest guest
Hi group, We just finished round 9 with DMSA/ALA this last weekend after 8 rounds of DMSA only and things are going so well. The first 8 rounds were tough I have to admit, but we've found a good rhythm with the dosing schedule. It's been a LONG time since I felt hopeful about my son's recovery. I found out about biomed interventions when my son was almost 9 yr. so we've had a little bit of a late start. It's very evident that things are finally moving in a good direction to improve his health. Until recently, life consisted mostly of just managing this condition, trying my best to keep him comfortable and chasing symptoms, of which there is no end. The worst part of that was not really knowing if anything I was doing was really helping or if he would ever get better. I kept trying and kept praying and thankfully found this group. Thank you so much Andy for this protcol and " thank you " to this group. The information I found here has been very beneficial. Sincerely, 's Mom Stacee
Guest guest
Hi Stacee, I'm glad that things are going well for you and . Do you mind me asking what doses you started with for chelation, what 's weight was (to calculate mg/lb) and whether you have increased the dose since starting? When you say that it was tough at first, was that just getting used to the schedule? or were the side effects tough?
