Guest guest
----- Original Message ----- From: iam2l84t ===>I just heard on the news that.... " The President is being kept aware of the situation every few hours. " Comforted? Not me. The good news is there is no vaccine. Elderberry extract is good, the best is not to go out in case of a pandemic. Small children are getting hit the hardest. I was away for a week on holidays and was blissfully disconnected from the internet and the news and come home to hear that the world is braced for a possible pandemic! I haven't even unpacked my bags yet and I'm already wondering if I'm going to have to take my kids out of school to protect them from forced vaccines, which I can only imagine given the media coverage is coming soon. Probably to the US first by the sounds of it. So can someone point me to some real sources of info about this? What is this flu? What are the symptoms? Is this hype or is this a real threat? And what natural supplements should we be taking to keep the immune system strong in case of exposure? Thanks,

We get sick really easily and I work at a large company and am exposed to hundreds of people daily. If I *know* I was exposed to something on a specific day, I take my clothes off the minute I get home and soak them in diet tonic water and peroxide and hit the shower and irrigate my sinuses. Then I load up on supplements. But supplements alone wouldn't do it for me. And your good old friend, Vitamin C. In case of infection, Ester-C will let you take up to 20g without bowel disturbance, spread throughout the day... Guest guest
Peroxide is a pretty strong oxydizer. Keep exposure to a minimum. You wouldn't rub your kid down with chlorine bleach, would you? Guest guest
The homoeopathic remedy Anas Barb also known as Oscillococcinum (hope it's spelt right) in a 200c is a good preventative remedy - I've heard it is the number one selling alternative flu remedy in Europe. It can be taken as a preventative or used for treatment - although it is best to see a homoeopath to get an individualised remedy. On the homoeopathic lists people are already talking about pooling case information to come up with a short list of potential remedies just in case there is substance to the scare. Some of the history of the Flu pandemic last century was posted and included information like most people that died were using asprin to treat the pain and fever. Guest guest
Is this hype? Yes. This is somewhat hyped. Is this a real threat? Yes. it's that too. The best way to die from it is to ignore it. Swine Flu was manufactured in a lab: http://www.infowars.com/medical-director-swine-flu-was-cultured-in-a-laboratory/ You may have noticed that Mexico declared " special powers " for itself. No, There is already a vaccine for swine flu. Which only confirms it was created in a lab. Because vaccines take months to make. And I wouldn't take it anyway. Vaccines depress the immune system: It was made from many viruses, from many parts of the world. Like Bird Flu, it tricks the immune system into attacking the body. This is what causes the lungs to fill with blood. As a result, young strong people with strong immune systems die from it. The stronger the immune system, the greater the chance of death. The immune system attacks the lungs and the patient bleeds to death. It is a cytokine storm. A storm of cell parts caused by the immune system attacking way too many things in way too many places. So.. Based upon the (sketchy) available information at the moment. I would.. NOT take lysine. It builds the immune system. NOT take Black Elderberry extract or Echinacea which goose the immune system. WOULD NOT USE TAMIFLU. Tamiflu has been shown to be less than useless for this class of virus. See TAMIFLU below. Instead I would.. take MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF VITAMIN C – I mean up to 300 grams a day. This would be equal to 3 grams of vitamin C every 15 minutes, round the clock. Bleeding is caused by the virus tricking the immune system into attacking the lungs. It does this by generating free radicals which destroy cells. Vitamin C slows this process down long enough for your body to begin manufacturing antibodies. Disease-alikes have been called Ricketsia driven. They suck all the ascorbic acid out of the system. I would start with 500mg an hour. And ramp all the way up to 300 Grams a day (12 an hour round the clock). Reduce dosage once a mild case of the runs develops. This indicates Vitamin C saturation. Maintain vitamin C saturation for 3 days or until the immune system learns how to make antibodies. This has been effective for Bird Flu, which also tricks the immune system. I would Take Alpha Lipoic Acid 100mg once an hour to recharge all the antioxidants in my system (including vitamin C) periodically, further leveraging all the vitamin C. Eat lots of carrots (beta carotene is a strong antioxidant). And contains vitamin A. Take colloidal silver in large amounts orally. Like a tablespoon an hour. To boost colloidal silver's ability, take orally with Chinese parseley – cilantro. Or with cilantro extract. Cilantro is a general purpose chelator and will help break the silver down and move it into the body. Silver has been found to be a necessary trace element. I would take liberally, but stop once better so I didn't turn blue. If available take Mild Silver Protien. Silver does not goose the immune system. It seems to work directly. Try colloidal silver misted – inhale and spray in nose. Buy a saline solution nose mister. Pour it out, rinse it. Fill it with CS. Try grapefruit seed extract. Make grapefruit seed extract mist and use it in the nose. GSE has been shown to have antiviral properties. It apparently interferes with attachment to cells. Which does not goose the immune system. Try Cold-eze and/or Zicam which are zinc gluconate and vitamin C combinations that bind many common viral receptor sites, rendering viruses unable to attach to cells. This too does not goose the immune system. When this works, it can cut the duration of flu in half. You suck on lozenges, and spray the sprayers in your nose. Guest guest
We use beta glucan, and it isn't cheap and it is potent. There is one thing to remember, as with most of these antivirals, it is best to have them on board and building than to try and shove it all at the person at once....it is hard on the body and worst case scenario it can cause a cytokine storm which can be very difficult to control...at worst case....fatal....we also use olive leaf, and keep virastop or PRX at one level....for example we are stable at 9 virastop a day when someone gets a bug...we double it....and usually don't have any problems. we have olive leaf at 2000 mg and Vit C at least at 1 gram or more if tolerated...we also use a multi vit and a multi mineral to give the body fight power...we also have astragulus and make sure we lysine at about 2000 or so a day....and we take GABA to help keep moods even as mental attitude is important to... hth Ronni > > > > > What about beta-glucan? > > > > > > I'm not personally familiar with it. Guest guest
Wow, if the flu doesn't kill you, O'Donnell's advice certainly will. Let's see: Alpha Lipoic Acid (the chelator that moves heavy metals to your brain) + Silver (toxic heavy metal) + Cilantro (more random chelating) + Sleep depravation (taking the above every hour around the clock) Yep, if you survive, it will take decades to recover from what you've done to your body. And, I'm sorry, a MILD case of the runs at 300 GRAMS of C????? At that dosage your intestines are exploding hourly....!!!!!!! To anybody who has seen the movie " Wag the Dog " : I think we all know what's going on with this " swine flu " . >Is this hype? Yes. This is somewhat hyped. Is >this a real threat? This is a lesson I have learned as this is an issue my kids are facing because of calcium malabsorption. If you are gf/cf....then you would also need to look in to supping phosphorus... If you are interested in more info...check out the group for Vit K. Ronni > > Special Webinar - " Swine Flu Epidemic?? Guest guest
, Is this because of the cytokine storms that can occur? I know that elderberry has been listed as another one that can cause this issue. Guest guest
, I don't mean to sound arguementitive, but why are more Mexican people getting this disease...and seemingly worse. I would think that the people their would really fair game for the virus. Guest guest
, My understanding and experience, is that when the body becomes overwhelmed with things given it to fight the virus, it goes nuts and fights everything...including itself and shuts down. It also can cause an allergic reaction to the virus or the viral die off...not a fun time. Guest guest
Just to chirp in, doesn't Mexico City (where this seems to concentrated) have the second largest population and is severely overcrowded? It could be why it spread so fast and to so many people.  S.
