Yeast caused major headaches here. Increase the yeast protocol, see if that

helps. I used biotin, Candidase, GSE, and ACV to eliminate yeast overgrowth

here.

ACV = Apple Cider Vinegar. People usually use Bragg's because it's unfiltered

and organic.
