It is time for me to reorder or change brands. I was wondering if it is ok to rotate change the strain we have been using? So far we have had good success. . Reading the achieves on rotating probiotics I have noticed that some think it's a good idea some think it is not at it may build up a tolerance to all the strains. Both reasoning make some sense.
