Guest guest
Has anyone experienced increased anxiety after starting vitamin d? My daughter started vitamin d3 and worked up to 2000 IU/day. Over the course of several weeks her anxiety became debilitating. We got it somewhat under control with GABA and theanine. After being on this dose for about 3 months, she began to develope the sideways glance, which she had never done before. We immediately started Vitamin A (natural) at 10,000 IU/day and the sideways glance got immediately better. Did the vitamin D induce a vitamin A deficiency? Two days ago when I started the vitamin A, I stopped the vitamin D until I could get a level drawn. Now the sideways glance and the anxiety are much better. I don't know what to make of it all. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks, Sue

We experienced increase in yeast when starting vitamin D. Try increasing the yeast protocol, see if the anxiety goes away. Dana
Guest guest
vitamin D is used among other things to make dopamine. Perhaps the anxiety is caused by elevating dopamine levels too much? ________________________________ From: <cicero2012@...> Sent: Wed, November 18, 2009 4:26:07 PM Subject: [ ] anxiety with vitamin d  Has anyone experienced increased anxiety after starting vitamin d?
