many cups of epsom salt do you suggest?

==>Hi . It's in my article (1st one in the files):

Take Baths with Epsom salts, salt or 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide.

Baths help draw toxins out through the skin which helps minimize

symptoms.

Add two cups, or 500 grams, of Epsom salts or one cup of salt to the

bath (you can also mix Epsom salts and salts half and half). Soak for

15-20 minutes. Use 1/2 cup of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in 1/2

a bathtub of very warm water. Soak in the tub until you sweat.

==>Hi . Saunas would be more effective for detoxing than epsom

salt baths. But epsom salt baths help a great deal too. Twice a day

is ideal. There are so many other things in my program that help

your body detoxify, particularly the " good " fats which cleanse the

body naturally, and they ARE the very best antioxidant.

Since magnesium is so important for the heart in particular, and for

the overall functioning of the all of the organs, I can't see those

statements making any sense. However, people who take epsom salt

baths without also having calcium and other minerals listed in my

program and the fats, supplements, etc. may possibly experience

problems if they have conditions listed. See this article:

http://www.westonaprice.org/basicnutrition/mineralprimer.html

You can also search for other articles on magnesium at that same

site. Also see: http://www.krispin.com/magnes.html

Sharon,

I took an amazing bath last nite - about 1.5 cups of epsom salts and

half of a small bottle of h202. It was amazing. I then slathered up

with coconut oil. My skin seemed extra dry after the bath and the oil

really helped. I think it would be hard to say how much salts - since

everyone doesn't have the same size tub. It might be a trial and

error kinda thing.

> How much Epsom salt do you people use in your bath? Is there

something like using too much or not enough?

Sharon,

I read somewhere that 2 cups of Epsom salts in the bath were good. I did the 2

cups when I was fighting a cold and the next day --NO Cold symptoms at all. Two

cups worked.

I believe that if the Epsom salts are BP or USP grade then it should be ok.

> I have taken some of the epsom salt baths. Every time I get out I feel calm

and relaxed. I find it is great before bed. The other day I took one and

afterwards I was extrememly tired and light headed. I found this odd. Any idea

on why that happened/

+++Hi Suzanne. I can't explain everything the body does, but it does everything

for a very good reason, so do not be concerned.

>

well? It seems like I may be doing both.

+++Yes, definitely! This article explains emotional retracing too:

I need alot of extra sulfate and the epsom salts are the only way I can

get it . The baths would be cost prohibitive and too time consuming so I

mix a solution of epsom in water as strong as it will go, then lay down

and put a pool of it in my belly button and then spread it all over my

stomach.. I let it dry , then apply water two more times until it is all

absorbed into my skin. I often do this a few times a day as the sulfate

helps me with my poor liver detox pathways and salicylate food sensitivities,

which in turn affects the candida.

You can put it on other areas of your skin using a homemade cream but

I find that too oily so I stick to the epsom skin sprays.

+++Hi Colleen. Soaking your feet in epsom salts helps too, since your feet can

help detoxification.

+++Hi. Welcome to our group. What is your name please?

+++If the foods that contain salicylate are good unadulterated foods from Mother

Nature you wouldn't have a sensitivity to it. I don't believe in isolating

substances from good foods and claim they cause health problem since our bodies

are designed to have them to be healthy. However, good healing foods, herbs and

spices do cause healing symptoms and reactions, which are mistakened as

sensitivites - see this article:

The best in health, Bee
