Guest guest
Hi, to anyone on the list I have been offline for a while and have a question about the vaccine exemptions.. you used to be able to print the form and have it notarized and take it to the school.. Now I have heard you have to submit the form to the state of texas health department. The problems that I have heard is that school is going to start and these forms aren't being mailed back in time from the State of Texas Health Department in order to start school.. does anyone have any information on how you can get around this if the form hasn't come/?? Are the Dr;'s medical exemptions being taken from the Dr.?? I have mine, but it is from way back.. how can a child start school if the form has been submitted but it hasn't come yet??? Please reply as soon as possible.. thanks so much. Corinne
