unreality feelings like your surroundings are unreal

does anyone on here suffer from the feeling of unreality 24/7 like your

surroundings seem unreal and you are looking at life from behind a invisible

screeen making you feel disconnected from real life,

i have had this for 2 years 24/7 its driving me crazy. i have been chelating

using the AC method for 17weeks Dmsa, added ALA after 8 weeks

6.25mg ALA worked up to 25mg DMSA over the 17 weeks.

Then i had to stop as from when i added ALA over the next 9 weeks i developed

muscle pains in my upper arms when i raised them above my shoulders or behind my

back. 3 mnths later i still have this, but started chelating again for the last

4 weeks DMSA only @ 25mg no problems apart from the arm pains.

Any help on this would be good Dudley
