When to increase dose and add ALA

We've done around 10 rounds DMSA only on my six yr old(some were months ago). I

started at very low dose 1/8 per lb. He is now 50 lbs and we did 7.5 mgs, is

this dose too low? Can I increase to 10 mgs? He didn't seem to have any

problems.

Also, want to add ALA, should I do that first or increase the dose of DMSA

first?
