I'm doing great. Celtic and other good ocean sea salts do not contain aluminum. To curb your hunger do have more good fats, like teaspoons or tablespoons of coconut oil or butter; Bee's egg drink is great for hunger too. Also take extra vitamin C, 1,000 mg every hour. ==>Stainless steel does contain aluminum but it is sandwiched between layers of steel so it doesn't come in contact with the food at all. Maybe do a search of our message archives to see what others have recommended, and also see the Cooking & Cookware Folder. Cast iron is the very best, or cast iron coated with a thick enamel.
