what size capsules when splitting caps

Hi,

If using Kirkmans 25mg ALA and split into 2 giving 2x12.5mg caps what size caps

would be the best if not adding anything else to the ALA

I think Kirkmans 25mg are a size 3 cap someone has already said it would be best

to use a bigger cap as long as you only make a day at a time.
