While looking through some old posts and files I came across a similar list

except that the amount of zinc listed was 1/4-1/2 mg/lb. Which is correct?

Also, could hemp oil be substituted for flax seed oil?

and is there any supplement out there that combines any of these in the correct

amounts. I'm going to go crazy giving my kids 10 different things 4 times/day

along with the chelators. while they're in school, would 3 times/day be

sufficient? morning, home from school, and evening???

Thanks,

kari
