Guest guest
I am sorry if I have not searched the archives for this question, but you have an exhausted mother here. My son has always been a terrible sleeper.. the two biggest problems were falling asleep (which was helped with an early bed time and on and off melatonin).. and waking up early.. 3:30-4:00AM.. sometimes.. always up by 5:30AM at the latest. I think this means adrenal stuff. He screams/vocalling stims all morning when he does this and he is tired.. Around round 4-5 he started sleeping in til 7AM! And during a round, it wasn't unheard of him sleeping until 7:30-8 AM. (his bedtime is between 7 and 7:30pm). He has recently (August) lost naps.. but that was ok by me when he was sleeping better. This last round 17, he didn't sleep in in the morning. And every morning this week he has been getting up earlier and earlier, even though everything else has remained consistent. Is this a normal step? Yeast? Adrenals? What is this poor tired guy (and mom) missing here? 4yo, 40lbs 8mg ALA, 5mg DMSA. Vit C, milk thistle, Vit E, coq10, zinc (we have some copper), CLO, EPRO, DHA, Trienza, Mg. Gfcfsfcf , allergic kid with egg, peanut, walnut, milk, bean allergies. Hair test almost meets counting rules, have seen gains. Def Uranium, Al, and Cu issues.

What is this poor tired guy (and > mom) missing here? I would definitely increase the yeast protocol and see if that helps. This would have been yeast at my house.
