In one remedy book/article, I read that dried orange rind is an excellent antihistamine. I ate lots and lots of oranges growing up without a diagnosis for my serious respiratory problems and not getting appropriate medical attention. I seem to only crave them much when I live in my home town. When I live anywhere else, I hardly ever have oranges.
