In one of Andy's books (I think AI) he explains how lithium is the lightest

metal, and mercury basically kicks it out of the body. He also says some

regions soil lacks lithium, but since you eat veggies and fruits from all

over, I dont' think this matters too much unless you grow and eat your own.

My then 4yo had lithium in low red. He was eating seafood about once a week,

and his hair mercury was low yellow. I started supplementing with lithium

orotate and cut out all seafood. 6 mths later his hair lithium was too high,

so I stopped supplementing.

My hair test didn't meet the counting rules, and my hair lithium was pretty

normal. After I got my amalgams out and started chelating, I did another

hair test a few months later, and it met the counting rules with flying

colors. My hair lithium was low red this time. And I did feel pretty

bipolar! I started supplementing, and my mood has stabilized somewhat (I was

also deficient in DHEA and ACTH, and DHEA supp is helping a lot too).

Maybe it was HTI... sorry I get these 2 mixed up sometimes. Do you belong to

frequent-dose-chelation group? If not, you should - this group is

specifically for Cutler's chelation protocol.

Someone posted this for me a while ago because I couldn't remember what I

read about lithium. She said

" I read that mercury has a comparable weight of 200 compared to the

7 of lithium, so this one is like a 7 lb baby being kicked out by a

200 lb man: it just gets replaced by mercury ions. "

I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't find stuff referenced in the index!

Wow, I didn't know that about aluminum. I do know that my son's second hair

test (6 months after eliminating seafood), aluminum and antimony went way up

(both were I think in the green before). He had high arsenic both times even

though I tried to eliminate all known sources. So I took that as since

there's less mercury, he's able to excrete other metals.
