Cris wrote recently on the post LDN and depression " And please ask

her to remember our basic of life, water - something everyone forgets

or avoids due to bladder or other issues - but it's very, very

important - especially as drinking water actually helps minimize

fluid retention, etc. " I agree whole heartedly Cris and the quality

of the water is important also. Recently, as you would knowCris, our

state government in their twisted political wisdom deemed it

necessary to put fluoride in our water supply. I believe that

because I ingested high levels of natural fluoride (4 parts per

million) for the first 6 years of my life it has had a devastating

effect on my health every since. My point is that I want to help LDN

to work effectively in my life so not only have I changed my diet but

I also look closely at the quality of my drinking water. I plan to

put in a reverse osmosis system in my home to get cleaner water. Dr.

Mercola had an item in his newsletter about the dangers of showering

with all the chemicals in the water.

water.aspx

Also if anyone wants to look at the range of devasting effects

fluoride has go to http://www.fluoridealert.org/

Did you know that doctors used to prescribe fluoride to patients with

hyperthyroidism to reverse it. Someone with a thyroid which hypo is

potentially in danger of becoming more hypo by ingesting fluoride.

Again I think my point is that there are other things in the

enviroment that may fight against the positive effects of LDN.

Boy I do get long winded sometimes.
