What to do with spasm and severe spacity in MS or ?

have severe spasm and spacity especially in my back and most of all in

my right leg and also sometimes my legs just lockup in my knees it

takes a moment to strecth out to normal confused physically of that my

neuro says thats my nerve im still not just buying that i taken

baclofen,neurotin, iv steriods help for a day are so but thats it

started taking ldn 1month ago serious effects but stop until i get my

test results back for lyme will keep you posted just wondering do

anyone have a site i can go to for alternative medicine for my spasms

and spacity or if someone have valuable information what i could do

thanks was also dx with facet disease very mild for now but im not

taking any medication for that im really tired of conven meds someone

help me to get on a wellness journey. thanks
