How do you obtain Naltrezone

My doctor has never heard of treating auto-immune disease with low dose

Naltrezone, and is reluctant to provide me with a presciption.

Though reading many publications on LDN, it appears that this treatment

is very safe.

How could I go about obtaining Naltrezone, (in low dose form), without

a doctor's prescription?

All suggestions are welcome.
