Guest guest
Hi, Deborah. Bayard's suggestion that you test through all physical level remedies is the way to go. Here's a partial list of possible supplements, herbs, causes etc, all of which I've worked through in the process of healing. Test to see if any of them makes your finger wiggle, then pursue RIK for more info on how your bodies are reacting/would react. Possible causes: Eating spicy foods Coffee Cola Dairy Wheat Sugar Stagnant chi in liver meridian Excess kidney yang Seratonin imbalance Yeast infestation (Immunics has a lot on healing this) Supplements: 5-HTP Valerian Valerian/Passionflower Stress B-complex GABA Melatonin Homeopathic Calms Forte Antidepressants for sleep: Amytryptaline Trazadone Food that might help: Cucumbers Lettuce Ginger tea Protein before bed Carbohydrates before bed Actions: EFT (tapping on meridian end points) Immunics (see kelly's suggestions) Breath exercises Holosynch Meditation Reiki Chakra balancing My partner & I both have insomnia, but have very different body needs ... he eats protien before bed, which helps stop restless leg syndrome, while I eat carbohydrates, which does something to the blood/brain barrier, making for better serotonin. I take amytryptaline and a chinese remedy for liver meridian stagnation, he takes B-vitamins and Paxil. He drinks ginger tea, while that would keep me awake all night. I eat cucumbers, which soothe me, but give him post nasal drip. There is no such thing as a 'standard' approach to healing sleep problems. It took 10 years of misdiagnosis, trial and error for me to 'figure out' what worked. With immunic testing, you'll get your answers 'direct from the Source' & it'll be much quicker! Happy Testing!! -karen- <BR> I was wondering how immunics can help with problems sleeping. I wake up in the night and have trouble sometimes falling back to sleep. Sometimes I lay there for hours and just keep getting more frustrated and the next day I am so tired from it. Thanks for any help you may give me. I am new to this and haven't noticed this problem in the areas that I've come across on the website. Thanks, Deborah
Guest guest
Deborah, Meredith's suggestion is definitely worth checking out. I knew I snored but didn't think it was serious, and was waking up several times a night, I thought because of a full bladder (that time of life). Then I went to a conference, and my roommate told me I snored terribly and she thot I had apnea. I got it tested, found my apnea was there, and severe. In the couple of months between the time I was diagnosed and actually got a CPAP, I discovered Immunics, and started removing apnea from all my bodies each night before bed. I didn't " cure " it, but I DID stop waking up 5-6 times a night (it wasn't my bladder, it was major apneas that were waking me), so I knew my apnea had improved. I went ahead with the CPAP, however, and it makes a major difference. Ceidlen -----Original Message----- Deborah --- It occurred to me to ask if you possibly could have sleep apnea? I do, and it gives me the same problem. I went to a sleep clinic to be diagnosed a couple of years ago, and they said I was never getting into delta sleep, and that explained the frequent awakening or inability to get back to sleep. My O2 sat was down in the 80's. I got on CPAP and sleep much better now. A symptom of apnea is snoring, so ask around if you snore. Then you could try removal of the apnea or the problem that may be causing the apnea. Mine is overweight. I am working on losing the weight, but meanwhile, CPAP is a life-saver. Guest guest
Hi Deborah! I know this is going to sound outrageous, but try it anyway. When you are woken up in the middle of the night, or when you can't get to sleep, connect and then say, " I am removing all alien influence from all of my bodies. " and I worked a good bit on the telephone with her sleep problems, and we both blind tested that alien influence was a factor. She removed it and slept. Here's more about it on the site: http://www.immunics.org/colleague/skills/skill06/alienrec.htm Hang in there! love to you - Deanya __________________________________________________ A not-for-profit yoga of immunity -- http://www.immunics.org/ > Hi Deborah, > > First of all when you ly awake, you can bring yourself to the Calm Clear Place by connecting tho the Harmonic. Remove sleeplessness form your bodies. > > What you further can do is investigate around your sleeplessness. > Test all the questions you can ask yourself, like: do I awake because of dreaming, do I worry, does my body make enough melatonin for a good night's sleep, did I eat to late or s/thing wrong. Well ofcourse I didn't summon up here all possible sleep-disturbers. Be creative and make your own questions, go on the WWW and find out what possibly could be wrong. And then test if what you find applies to your situation. > Good Luck and don't forget to inform us what you found and what worked for you. > Love, Esther > > > > I was wondering how immunics can help with problems sleeping. Guest guest
Give us some background on your personal situation. Using LDN for how long? How much do you take? For what illness? Guest guest
I just want to ditto that sleeping problem may improve...mine did. It took a while. After a week, things were improved, but it took maybe a few weeks to totally adjust for me. Now I feel I sleep perhaps better than before LDN. These days, I still sometimes feel pretty " awake " from my dose, but find if I lay my head on the pillow and close my eyes, I fall asleep easily. Also, to Shakeel if you see this...no contraindication with taking melatonin with LDN? I used to take it but stopped with LDN. That could be a good help for someone, I would think, if okay. > > > > Dear All, > > > > I feel tired in morning instead of getting proper > sleep. > > > > What should I Do? > > > > Thanks with love > > > > Shakeel > >
Guest guest
Too little info for those of us without ESP! What dosage? What for? Most importantly - how long have you been taking it for and how long problems sleeping? shakilicma76 wrote: > Dear All, > > I feel tired in morning instead of getting proper sleep. > > What should I Do? > > Thanks with love > > Shakeel
