Guest guest
LDN does not specifically produce increases in the number of lymphocytes. What LDN does do is stimulate the body's own production of opioid peptides which are contained and expressed and released by immune cells. This stimulation brings about a significant increase in the number of these peptides available to be used. They make the immune system stronger, better able to protect you, and more well regulated. As far as how long it takes for LDN to do this. After the very first dose you take your body will be producing these peptides at a higher rate than if you had not taken LDN. The effects of LDN can last as long as 72 hours.
