Guest guest
Hi Susie, I am almost 63. From what I have been told the simple answer is when the nerve(s) will not allow you control over lifting your foot on command. The sciatic nerve was stretched to compensate for the fact that my recently operated leg was 3/4 "shorter then the left one. The doc stretched to make longer and irritated the nerve. Trace means they can see my nerve trying to make the foot work without much success at this point. I just has 3rd home therapy session and the therapist assures me she can see success. By the way she is not affiliated with the Dr. I feel positive that it will eventually be 100%. But being a type A ... I want it immediately. Thanks, Dottie

Guest guest
If you experience Foot Drop from MS or Stroke watch the video of the Today show at www.bioness.com I just made an appointment March 10, 2009 for a FREE Screening to see if this NESS L300 advanced functional electrical stimulation will work for me and I believe it probably will. It would be great to get my life back. Carol
