Guest guest
Mina- Email me directly ( www.klcst@...<http://www.klcstmsn/>) and I can give you a name or two. Torrey LifeLyme of Texas www.lifelyme.org<http://www.lifelyme.org/> [ ] how to find a doctor I'm new to this group and relatively new to lyme. I was diagnosed based on symptoms (blood work kept coming back negative) August 06, put on doxycycline for about 8 weeks but keep having recurring symptoms every 3 or 4 months (swollen joints, joint pain, fatigue) and the rheumatologist I see just puts me back on doxycycline and tells me to take it easy. At this point, I am exhausted and in a fair bit of pain most of the time. How do I go about finding another doctor who might be willing to treat it differently or more aggressively? I live in northern New Jersey. --------------------------------- Pinpoint customers who are looking for what you sell.
Guest guest
Hello all, My name is Joanna and I have MS. I really would like to try low Dose Naltrexone. I know my neurologyst will refuse to order the medication for me. He is very conservative and this medication is not aproved yet. He rather will give me chemo or steroids. I need to find out who can perscribe the medication. I live in California Alameda county. Does anybody knows MD in this area. Regards Joanna
Guest guest
Hi Joanna If you can get over the bridge to the city there is a doctor that is known to be LDN friendly. Here is his contact info: Dr.Cowan 661 Chenery St San Francisco 415 334-1010 or if you want to change neuro`s and can go to UCSF there are neuro`s there that prescribe LDN - I can give you more info if you decide to try that route.
