What do you do if you forget a dose?

I took my first dose of LDN last night and want to be prepared for the

inevitable(bad memory) when I go to sleep and forget to take it. Do I

take it early next morning?

No - only take it between the hours of 9p.m and 3a.m How about

putting it next to your toothbrush (if it`s a pill) so you

automatically see it when you brush your teeth at night before bed or

get one of the pill boxes with the days on it and put one in each

section at the beginning of each week - easy to see then if you`ve

taken it or not.
