Get yourself to a doctor instead. Perhaps they prescribe ear drop that can help you to get rid of itchy wax buildup. I have the same experience even after all these years. Just take it easy when cleaning the ear. Guest guest Posted January 28, 2009 Report Share Posted January 28, 2009 I was going to say LDN may be creating many endorphins for your son causing that light-headed side effect, which would be unusual, but then I found this: Risperdal may cause you to have high blood sugar (hyperglycemia). Talk to your doctor if you have any signs of hyperglycemia such as increased thirst or urination, excessive hunger, or weakness. If you are diabetic, check your blood sugar levels on a regular basis while you are taking Risperdal. http://www.drugs.com/risperdal.html So maybe it is the Risperdal causing this problem? I know his Dr checks his Lithium level about every 6 months but I don't know about the blood sugar or thyroid. He has an appointment next week with her and I will make sure he asks those questions.
