Guest guest
Alison: Finally getting around to posting this, but I wanted you to know the Wise Traditions article was the same one I read to first learn about LDN and it's what I took to my docs as well! I love the periodical and read it from cover to cover. Feeling well, still some diarhhea but doing fine. I even think my asthma's better. I am a bit sluggish in the morning but sleeping much better than before LDN ~ which was sleeping very little. Day #2l on LDN! Pray we all find our health, Carole >ny, > > Wise Traditions Winter 2008 article Moods and the Immune System is >an >interesting intro (though long) which is one item I copied for my >doctors - >it eases one into the premise of LDN. > >http://www.webspawner.com/users/ldnforcrohns/index.html > >http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00663117 > >http://www.low dose naltrexone.org/ > >Also, I started saving posts as well and here is a colitis thread att >ached. > >Namaste, >Alison
Guest guest
Carole, I love that article - my sister-in-law sent it to me but I haven't gotten a subscription yet. Now she has me reading Breakthrough by Suzanne Somers! Sleep is hugely important for healing the body! I hope you continue feeling better each week!
