Alison: Finally getting around to posting this, but I wanted you to

know the Wise Traditions article was the same one I read to first

learn about LDN and it's what I took to my docs as well! I love the

periodical and read it from cover to cover.

Feeling well, still some diarhhea but doing fine. I even think my

asthma's better. I am a bit sluggish in the morning but sleeping

much better than before LDN ~ which was sleeping very little. Day

#2l on LDN!

I love that article - my sister-in-law sent it to me but I haven't gotten a subscription yet. Now she has me reading Breakthrough by Suzanne Somers!

 

Sleep is hugely important for healing the body! I hope you continue feeling better each week!
