Hi Alison,I hope you are consulting with your physician when you do this. These SSRI-type meds can be tricky when you switch dosage. Glad you are happy about reducing.

Great news! I have cut my Lexapro dosage in from 10 to 5 mg and don't seem to notice a difference!

I didn't feel the difference untill a long time time after I was off of those

meds, and had been on LDN for a few months. But this is sooooo nice. I can say:

Life is wonderful!!!

It took me almost seven months to quit my antidepressants. Max 10% reduce at a

time, stay on that at least six weeks.

I actually cannot remeber just how long I have been on LDN, but I think it's

been about5 months......
