Suzy,

First - you must remember the ID which you used to sign on to these groups, which I recall you saying you had difficulty remembering... These are all based groups, so to read the messages from the home pages, you must sign in using this ID. If you can't remember it, then you can create another ID, resubscribe and set your options to "No E-mail"

To access the group home pages go to either:

http://group./group/PROZACAWARENESS

-OR-

http://group./group/prozactruth

Once there sign in using your ID and password. Then over on the left side of the page, you will see a link "messages". Click on that and you can view any message that has been posted.

Let me know if you run into any problems.

Dear Dawn or Anyone,

I simply had too much e-mail, over 100 a day. So I unsubscribed from

Prozacawarness and Prozac Truth. Someone was saying that I could just go to

the site and see the posts. Please tell me again how to do that.

Sincerely,

Suzy

Dawn,

I tried going to the sites, and checked the boxes for a daily general post,

but I'm getting individual posts from Prozac Truth and PROZACAWARENESS.

Suzy,

I can fix your options at prozactruth so you'll get the digest mode, but I am not a moderator of Prozacawareness. Send an email to and have her set your option to digest only.

Dear ,

Thank you. I was afraid that the hotmail would freeze. They sent me a

warning. I am not at this computer every day. It's my younger son's. He

is very patient with me, but sometimes he wants me to give him a little time

on his computer.

Love,

Suzy

Hi Jim,

If you click on the bit where it says 'Edit Membership', (which sits along the top of the chat home page just above the main low dose naltrexone - Low Dose Natrexone 'banner' ..its quite small so you may have to look carefully, lol), you'll be taken to a page where you can change the frequency of your email deliveries. You can do this at the 'Step 2 - Message Delivery' bit. I reckon your 'Individual Emails' box is ticked at the moment, so just tick one of the others. ie. 'Daily Digest' (which will send you a just two or three messages a day) or you can opt for 'Special Notices' (receive only important email notices from the group moderator) or 'Web Only' (where you don't get ANY emails, so you'd have to go to the chatgroup page itself to see any messages). I tend to opt for 'Special Notices' myself most of the time - but occasionally change it to 'Daily Digest' if I'm watching any particularly interesting threads in progress at the time. (like I am at the moment)

Hope this helps ! Its such a pain when you know something is staring you in the face but you just can't see it until someone points at it huh?

If you use outlook or outlook express you can create a folder and

a rule that all emails that come from low dose naltrexone be put into the folder

than you can open and look at what is in the folder when you choose., or get

digest which is one email a day but that makes me dizzy , you need to scroll

and you get all the emails in one email.
