Guest guest
Someone mentioned... to be caredful while taking AlA and Biotin, because they can both lower blood sugar or something like that. Can someone tell me if this is right?
Guest guest
On our first round of chelation (we used a very low dose, 1/16 per pound), my dd acted very thirsty. By day two I was a bit concerned how much water she was drinking. She had other symptoms as well so I took her to her ped. They did the finger prick test to check her sugar and it was normal. I did some reading, and it could have been she acted thirsty because her body was detoxing and the water helped flush out her system. So in my case, I don't think ALA caused/causes any low sugar issues. The thirst symptom went away after round 3. She also takes Biotin and i haven't noticed anything abnormal. Good luck.
